Whether you are a solicitor wishing to give your clients access to your disclosure documents, or a sales force wishing to allow central access to sales figures, now you can. You can create an area in which to store documents, that anyone can view without them being able to make any changes to them.

Now with DMS sharing your files has never been easier.
With a simple click of a button, you can open your file up to your friends and colleagues.

You can either email them the file directly from within DMS or let then view the file as you are working on it.

As part of our image rebranding, we are seeking companies to try the DMS service completely free for one month.

The award was presented by BT and shows the progress DMS has made in providing a unique internet based service.
