DMS is a subscription based service which is payable annually on each anniversary of the account activation date. Alternatively, you can now pay for your DMS subscription quarterly by invoice, at no extra charge.

Single User - A single user license allows an individual user to store an unlimited amount of documents and files on DMS. Access can be from any computer connected to the internet. There are no additional charges for files stored or accessed.
Group Licenses - Group licenses mean companies or individuals can have separate areas on DMS, each secured by its own username and password. Each group license includes 2 additional areas -
Public - one to allow you to share documents outside your company.
Group License example - A company employing 5 staff members can buy a 5 user license for £800 per year, which allows each staff member to have their own individual secure area. Then by using the private and public areas, documents can be securely shared between staff members or with clients. - This is a saving of over £200 per year
IMPORTANT NOTE - Upon signup for group licenses you are not given direct access to the DMS document area, you are given access to your own secure administration area where you need to setup the individual user areas. - Download Group Manual
